Job Title: Operating Standards Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operating Standards Specialist.

This role requires someone who is passionate about creating impactful outcomes that benefit thousands of people every day.

  • Your key responsibilities will include supporting Train Crew and Customer Experience staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will also be responsible for managing, maintaining, and distributing Intercity operating standards and documentation, including safety-critical information.
  • Additionally, you will create standards that define the desired outcomes for our directorate.
  • In partnership with training and compliance programs, you will embed these standards through ongoing programs.
