Quality Standards Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Standards Specialist to join our national Project Management Office team. This centralised role will support the implementation and continuous improvement of inspection and testing systems, ensuring practical consistent application across high-voltage infrastructure projects.

About The Opportunity:

In this role, you will drive standardisation and continual improvement of inspection and testing processes across projects. You will also conduct internal supplier audits reviews system health checks champion non-conformance root cause analysis processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive standardisation continual improvement of inspection and testing processes across projects
  • Support project teams in setup implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Certificates (ITCs)
  • Conduct internal supplier audits reviews system health checks
  • Champion non-conformance root cause analysis processes
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 3+ years' experience in quality ideally on high voltage energy civil infrastructure projects from either a project based or centralised function role
  • Recognised qualifications in Quality Management related field
  • Certified qualified quality auditor demonstrated experience planning conducting audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 equivalent
