Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for residents and clients. This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Residential Aged Care operations to meet compliance requirements.
  • Implement and maintain required supporting systems and processes.
  • Engage in project management and cross-functional collaboration opportunities.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our office in Sydney. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work alongside other quality assurance professionals and report to the General Manager Care Quality and Compliance in Residential Aged Care. Intra- and interstate travel may be required to visit our aged care centres.

Requirements:
  • Understanding of and commitment to the organisation's mission and values.
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse without restrictions in accordance with relevant registration requirements.
  • Extensive experience in clinical practice and delivery in complex health contexts, preferably aged care.
  • Experience working across wide portfolios with multiple key stakeholders.
