Job Opportunity
This position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of accreditation and professional standards within healthcare, shaping the future of medical specialist training programs.
About the Role
The successful candidate will lead a passionate team to champion excellence in healthcare, managing trainee and international selection processes, site accreditation, federal funding programs, and initiatives promoting respect, inclusion, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement professional standards and accreditation frameworks.
Manage complex regulatory environments and compliance matters.
Administer funding programs, including reporting and contract management.
Lead teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Support strategic, operational, and governance activities as part of the Executive Team.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of professional conduct, workplace ethics, and behavioural management.
Demonstrated experience in compliance or regulatory settings.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
