Director of Membership and Fan Engagement

Job Description:
Adelaide United Football Club seeks an experienced leader to drive membership and ticketing growth.
The club is based in South Australia with three teams: Men's, Women's, and Youth.
The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of strategies focused on match awareness, fan engagement, and commercial outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Membership and Ticketing: Manage end-to-end membership and ticketing programs.
- Member Engagement: Foster engagement through creative campaigns and events.
- Promotion: Assist in developing and delivering AUFC's fan engagement strategy.
- Commercial: Support commercial outcomes via integration of AUFC membership and ticketing operations.
- Clients: Manage relationships relevant to membership and ticketing activities.
- Strategy: Develop and implement consumer business strategies.
- Integration: Collaborate with departments to maximize value and engagement.
- Reporting: Monitor performance against marketing KPIs and campaign/initiative effectiveness.
This role suits an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record in leadership roles, possessing knowledge of membership and engagement, customer-centricity, strategic planning, and communication skills.
