As a Brokerage Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the brokerage of services to support clients accessing Aged Care services.

This involves working with stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of high-quality services through approved brokerage arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement client's support plans through the effective use of brokerage services.
  • Monitor brokerage agreements, ensuring they remain within budget and meet clients' expectations of service.
  • Respond to client and staff enquiries, feedback, and complaints regarding brokered services.
  • Contribute to stakeholder relationship development and maintenance of high-quality community relationships.
  • Ensure brokerage service agreements are current, relevant, compliant, and included in the Brokerage Register.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working with aged and/or people with disabilities, chronic medical conditions, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to collect and analyze client/customer information.
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and/or the Human Services Quality Framework.
  • Commitment to supporting individual support needs of clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, including developing and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in administering programs and activities involving financial transactions.
