Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our service management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding process-related queries or issues.
  • Ensure that contractual service support requirements are understood and managed effectively.
  • Foster effective communication and coordination between support teams, account teams, field service personnel, and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to standard practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Present operational and service level reports to internal or external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Unisys standard processes for ITIL core functions such as Major Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.
  • Analyze and report statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide training and mentoring to functional teams on process guidelines.
  • Review incident, problem, change, and request aging, and work with resolver group members to ensure compliance with process guidelines.
  • Conduct workshops to identify, assess, and address process deficiencies, ensure common understanding of process intention and operation, and ensure organization and individual associates understand SLA's and how they contribute to client service expectations.
  • Monitor trend analysis to conduct proactive problem management and eliminate reoccurring issues.
  • Work closely with Service Delivery Managers to proactively monitor SLA performance and report on them accurately.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in service management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in ITIL framework and processes.
