The purpose of this role is to provide expert technical support to customers, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical team and sub-contractors, optimizing workload, and improving processes and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Providing exceptional technical support to customers">
  • Servicing customer sites, minimizing downtime, and maximizing customer satisfaction">
  • Ensuring high-quality delivery of services through effective management of workload, processes, and systems">
  • Working with legacy systems, remote tasking, and mobile devices to dynamically drive actions and provide recommendations to customers">
  • Driving expansion on customer sites to other systems not currently under contract">

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • ">
  • Intermediate to high computer skills">
  • Supervisor trade certificate an advantage">
  • Electrical or electronics associate diploma or higher an advantage">
  • Able to hold/maintain government security clearance if required">
  • Experience in fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment">
  • At least two years' experience with control systems and EBI products in HVAC, BMS, Fire, Security systems">
  • Strong experience in BMS systems including trouble shooting, fault finding, and problem diagnosis">
