Senior Regional Operations Manager

Our team is on the lookout for a seasoned Regional Manager to oversee the successful operation of our venues in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Recruit, train, and mentor venue leaders and their teams.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
About You:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are a natural leader, and can motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a state-manager level role.
- 3+ years of experience at a multi-site level within a QSR environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
