  • You must identify operational risks and cost variances early and implement strategies to meet or exceed physical and financial performance targets.">

The Lifestyle:

This position offers a 9-day fortnight roster and supports a DIDO or FIFO lifestyle. We are open to providing relocation support to the Moranbah or Mackay region.

We seek an operationally focused leader with strong experience in open-cut coal mining, known for delivering results through high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement on site.

You should have a blend of operational and technical services experience, allowing you to understand the full mining value chain and make confident decisions.

You should also have a sharp eye for cost control, scheduling, and execution, as well as the ability to lead people and build a positive, safety-first culture.
