IT Project Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple initiatives in the education space, delivering HR and Financial System Projects as part of a team. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating projects within these areas, ensuring that delivery is underpinned by professional project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate, support and push all aspects of project management from across digital and operational project activities
  • Providing expertise in Agile or Scrum methodology and guiding best project methodology approach and execution requirements
  • Managing complex cross-functional projects and project teams
  • Critical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing and implementing IT development projects using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IT project management and system integrations
  • Knowledge of JIRA desirable
