We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Knowledge Officer, responsible for managing knowledge and training initiatives to support contact centre staff and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop clear and concise instructions or training materials for frontline staff members.
- Design and implement onboarding and upskilling sessions for contact centre personnel.
- Analyse interaction data and agent performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in a similar role or strong background within a contact centre environment.
