Job Overview

The Electrical Design Lead will oversee the design and engineering aspects of assigned projects, ensuring technical integrity, safety, and quality while meeting project milestones.

This role works closely with the Project Manager to facilitate process governance, manage commercial aspects, and support procurement, construction, and commissioning efforts.

Key Objectives
  • Provide technical problem-solving and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary interface for internal and external interactions, offering technical advice and guidance to the team.
  • Enhance the quality, timing, cost-effectiveness, and innovation of design and delivery on assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including design resources, project management, construction, and commissioning teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous project leadership experience.
  • University degree in Engineering with a focus on Energy.
  • Proven experience in Project and Design Leadership/Management.
