A challenging and rewarding career opportunity as a Merchandise Strategy Manager where you will lead the development and execution of merchandise strategies that maximise sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency.
Main ResponsibilitiesCreate strategic merchandise plans that optimise sales and margins by leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
Forecasts demand and analyses sales performance to inform dynamic pricing and product assortment decisions.
Presents key findings and financials to senior leadership to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Liaises with cross-functional teams to deliver strong seasonal assortments and manage replenishment to ensure product availability.
Maintains knowledge of industry and competitor activity to inform product direction and stay ahead of the competition.
5+ years' experience in merchandise planning or management (fashion strongly preferred).
- Extensive experience with style arcade platforms.
Proven analytical and financial forecasting skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience in inventory optimisation and margin improvement techniques.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for fashion and consumer trends.
