Job Summary

The Senior Merchandise Planner will lead the development and execution of merchandise strategies that maximise sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency.

  • Build merchandise plans that optimise sales and margins.
  • Forecast demand and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Partner with buying, design, and marketing to deliver strong seasonal assortments.
  • Monitor inventory and manage replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Presents insights and financials to senior leadership.
  • Keep across industry and competitor activity to inform product direction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience in merchandise planning or management, preferably in fashion, and extensive experience with style analytics. They should possess proven analytical and financial forecasting skills, experience in inventory optimisation and margin improvement, and a commercial mindset with a genuine passion for fashion and consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in merchandise planning or management, preferably in fashion.
