Merchandising and Marketing Strategy Manager

Job Description:

This role is accountable for executing merchandising strategies to achieve excellence across allocated brands. As the Merchandising and Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing: point of sale creative development, in-store execution, visual merchandising, projects, and team management.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and creativity. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term merchandising strategies in conjunction with brand marketing objectives.
  • Design and develop merchandising solutions and tools.
  • Manage all aspects of projects including new fixtures/stand development and implementation.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury cosmetic market.

Excellent numerical skills combined with the ability to interpret drawings and measurements.

Demonstrated experience delivering projects, project management, or in-store events/activations.

Proficient communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and deliver presentations with various stakeholders.
