**Warranty Administrator Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to support our busy Workshop for a 6-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have experience in warranty administration, preferably with Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support Workshop processing warranty claims for Mercedes-Benz vehicles
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to manufacturer guidelines
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and Technicians to resolve warranty-related issues

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in warranty administration, preferably with Mercedes-Benz vehicles
  • Strong understanding of the Mercedes-Benz warranty processes and guidelines
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
