Certified Diagnostic Technician

Location: Mercedes-Benz Brighton

We're seeking qualified Mercedes-Benz Certified Diagnostic Technicians ready to bring their expertise to Australia's most awarded Mercedes-Benz dealer group.

In this role, you'll enter a team that values your existing Mercedes-Benz knowledge and certification. You'll use the latest Mercedes-Benz diagnostic technology, software, and training to deliver the precision and excellence our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on Mercedes-Benz vehicles with complete accuracy.
  • Apply your certified expertise across electrical, mechanical and software systems.
  • Partner with workshop managers, service advisors, and technicians to deliver seamless repair outcomes.
  • Conduct test drives and quality checks to maintain the highest Mercedes-Benz standards.
  • Stay ahead with ongoing brand training and system updates.

About You

  • Mercedes-Benz Certified Diagnostic Technician accreditation.
  • Proven experience in diagnostic roles within prestige dealerships.
  • Strong command of Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tools, systems and software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Current Victorian driver's licence.
