Mercedes-Benz Warranty Coordinator Role

Our Workshop is seeking a skilled Warranty Coordinator to support their busy team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in warranty administration, preferably with Mercedes-Benz vehicles. They will possess strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
The successful applicant will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to coordinate with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and Technicians to resolve warranty-related issues.
Key responsibilities include supporting workshop processing warranty claims for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
