Customer Service Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Officer to join our team at Hearing Australia. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients of all backgrounds, supporting and empowering them to achieve their hearing health goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to clients, responding to counter and telephone enquiries
  • Manage reception and undertake general administration duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports
  • Liaise extensively with clients, including those with complex needs, and provide professional advice and support
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
  • Assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services, identifying client needs and offering expert advice

We're seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in administration, customer service, or a related field, and be proficient in using computer software and applications.
