Job Title: Technical Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Specialist. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on providing technical guidance to the business, planning teams, and junior members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage large-scale testing and upgrade programs to ensure they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead automation development initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support for VMware and other technologies, resolving complex technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct vendor management activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Complete new product testing and integration into the production network, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services.
  • Analyze network performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization recommendations.

Required Skills/Experiences:

  • Proven experience in the telecommunications industry with a strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
