Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Expert to provide 24x7x365 technical operations support for our global infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the infrastructure and participate in incident and change management processes.
  • Analyze data to determine performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Execute incident, change, and problem management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with intermediate-level knowledge of routing, switching, tunneling, and Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS).

CORPORATE SECURITY RESPONSIBILITY

All activities involving access to company assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk. Therefore, it is expected that every person working on behalf of the company is responsible for information security and must abide by security policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of routing, switching, tunneling, and Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS).
  • Ability to perform post-event analysis.
  • Demonstrates the ability to function in multiple disciplines: UNIX, Mainframe, Production Control, File Transfer, Single-Message, Dual-Message, or Network.
