About the Role
  • We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our hotel team and continue driving success in our operations.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's operations, including revenue management, staff development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and elevated guest satisfaction.
  2. Lead and Motivate Team: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated professionals to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  3. Cultivate Relationships: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and the local community to enhance our reputation and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' senior leadership experience in hospitality, ideally within a full-service hotel environment.
  • Proven ability to drive business results with strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic project management, particularly in hotel property enhancements or capital expenditure initiatives.
  • Inspirational leader with excellent communication skills, capable of fostering an engaged and motivated team.
