Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Project Delivery

The Learning Specialist will be responsible for delivering learning projects and initiatives within agreed plans and timelines. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and developing effective solutions to address these needs.

  • Solution design and implementation: Develop and implement effective learning strategies across various subject matters, including compliance, clinical, leadership, digital, customer service, and soft skill development.
  • Project management: Deliver learning projects and initiatives within agreed plans and timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement

The Learning Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop effective solutions to address these needs. This includes consulting with stakeholders to understand capability gaps and engaging in co-solution design.Requirements:

  • Proven ability to source and utilize resources effectively to deliver project requirements.
