We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of NDIS participants, delivering timely therapeutic services, and providing evidence-based interventions to enhance their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
  • Assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants meet their goals
  • Mentoring and nurturing early career clinicians

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload

  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
