Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Therapeutic Services Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Wollongong, Nowra and Caringbah regions.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing caseloads, delivering timely therapeutic services, and assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing an allocated caseload of NDIS participants and delivering high-quality, person-centered therapeutic services.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify participants' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Providing evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and achieve their goals.
  • Mentoring and supporting early career clinicians to ensure continuity of care.
  • Staying up-to-date with current legislation and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
