We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Intervention Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Wollongong & Nowra region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance the quality of life and meet the goals of NDIS participants.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Mentor and support early career clinicians.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
