The organisation is recruiting a seasoned program manager to oversee a diverse range of therapeutic services.
This critical role plays a key part in ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of trauma-informed programs that support women experiencing domestic and family violence, mental health challenges, and complex life circumstances.
- Lead strategic delivery of therapeutic services.
- Provide clinical leadership, risk oversight, and service quality assurance.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice.
As Program Manager, you will play a leading role in ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of trauma-informed programs. This includes:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to deliver high-quality therapeutic services.
- Providing expert clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team.
- Leading on risk management and quality assurance initiatives.
- Strengthening partnerships with community stakeholders to promote holistic care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related field.
- Significant experience in program management and clinical leadership within DFSV services.
- Strong clinical skills, particularly in trauma, domestic/family violence, and mental health.
- Experience working with diverse communities and marginalised groups.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Training in the Safe and Together Model.
- Experience in a feminist or not-for-profit environment.
