Director of Sales and Growth

We are seeking an experienced professional to qualify our value proposition to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify Opportunities: Identify problems to be solved, define success and match to company capabilities.
- Forecasting: Engage with prospects for accurate opportunity size and expected contract close. Maintain deal stages, notes and forecasts in CRM.
- Growth Strategy: Convert pipeline opportunities into new signed revenue to meet quarterly and annual targets through disciplined follow-up, decision maker buy-in, confirming required budget and stepping through procurement processes.
- Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms and close deals efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work with product, marketing and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
- Strategic Mapping: Contribute to strategic mapping of market opportunities and strategic customer accounts to drive incremental growth for the team and the company.
- Process Improvement: Lead improvement initiatives based on experience of delivering solutions to customer problems more effectively.
- 3-5 years of experience in outbound business development or sales.
- Healthtech SaaS experience would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
