What We OfferAs a Lead Educator or Room Leader at Goodstart Early Learning Mount Louisa, you can expect:
- A competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 50% discount off your childcare gap fees and 6 weeks paid parental leave

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
