Performance Enhancement Specialist

This is a key role in supporting area managers to strengthen service delivery, enhance team capability, and drive performance across multiple sites.

The position will provide support across several employment services areas including Chifley NSW, Gwydir Namoi NSW, Lachlan NSW, Orana NSW, Sturt NSW, Windamere NSW.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support Area Managers in identifying and addressing regional performance gaps.
  • Upskill and mentor teams to build capability and promote best practice.
  • Review compliance obligations and assist in internal auditing processes.
  • Drive accountability and achievement of performance metrics in line with contract benchmarks.
  • Support the onboarding and induction of new team members.
  • Collaborate with leaders on data analysis and contribute to performance strategy.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Maintain and develop strong knowledge of program requirements and internal procedures.
