Key Role in Service Delivery and Team Enhancement

You are invited to apply for the position of Performance and Training Specialist, which is based in Dubbo. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Area Managers in strengthening service delivery and enhancing team capability across multiple sites.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting Area Managers in identifying and addressing regional performance gaps and implementing solutions
  • Mentoring teams to upskill and build capability while promoting best practice
  • Reviewing compliance obligations and participating in internal auditing processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Driving accountability and achievement of performance metrics in line with contract benchmarks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Coordinating the onboarding and induction of new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Collaborating with leaders on data analysis and contributing to performance strategy, providing insights that inform business decisions
Necessary Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum qualification at VET Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree level or equivalent experience, demonstrating expertise in Employment Services
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a frontline or leadership role within Employment Services, showcasing a track record of success in delivering results-oriented outcomes
  • A current driver's license and access to reliable transport as regular travel between sites is required, necessitating flexibility and adaptability
  • Demonstrated history of achieving performance outcomes, with a focus on quality and efficiency
