We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional to join our team in Bundaberg, QLD.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position (3 days/22.8 hours per week) with working hours scheduled between Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to increase hours as needed, such as for leave coverage.

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele, helping them manage their hearing health. You will also play an important role within our business, providing administrative support to clinicians and efficiently managing day-to-day operations of the clinic.

  • You will be responsible for welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
  • Providing administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration role
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
