We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and delivery of our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) strategy. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity that requires someone with a proven track record in DIB.
The successful candidate will have experience developing and delivering DIB strategies, leading stakeholder workshops, and collaborating with senior leaders and Employee Advocacy Groups. They will also have a deep understanding of intersectionality, inclusive leadership, and DIB compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver DIB strategy refresh
- Lead stakeholder workshops and collaboration with senior leaders and Employee Advocacy Groups
- Collaborate with People team to design and deliver inclusive programs and training
- Use data and insights to identify systemic barriers and track progress on DIB goals
- Proven experience in DIB focused role
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Deep understanding of intersectionality, inclusive leadership, and DIB compliance frameworks
