About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive client engagement and onboarding strategies, represent us at forums and events, collaborate with marketing to deliver inclusive campaigns, and use data and feedback to enhance service design and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong internal and external partnerships

Requirements:

  • Degree in Community Development, Communications, Business, Social Work or related field (desirable)
  • 3–5+ years' experience in engagement, partnerships, or community relations (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL
  • Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for inclusive practice
