About the OpportunityYou will lead and develop the Systems Engineering team, enhancing performance, engagement, and technical capability.
- Direct product system development, validation, national and international compliance activities for suspension and brake systems.
- Deliver and maintain FEA and simulation capability to accelerate product development and system validation.
- Oversee product system testing and validation (D/PVP&R, FEA/CAE) to exceed compliance requirements.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Degree qualified in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Aero, Mechatronics, or related).
- NERS / RPEng accreditation (required).
- Experience in suspension systems and vehicle dynamics (highly desirable).
- Strong capability with FEA, simulation tools, and engineering testing equipment.
