Job Opportunity: Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to fill the role of Senior Support Engineer, working directly with one of our US-based partner MSPs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of infrastructure from desktop to firewall, LAN & WAN networking principles, and experience with cloud platforms including Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and onsite support to customers nationwide, addressing issues related to servers, desktops, and applications within complex IT environments.
  • Collaborate with solutions experts to maintain best practice environments and address complex technical challenges.
  • Participate in project teams to deploy and manage IT solutions for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and skill development, and documenting actions and solutions for accountability and future reference.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server, desktop, and Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Hybrid, On-prem, and Office 365.
  • Experience working with Hyper-V and other virtualization solutions.
  • Extensive experience with backup technologies.
  • Strong complex-problem diagnosis skills.
  • Exposure to ticketing tools (ConnectWise, Labtech, and Kaseya valued).
