We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our customer team in a mid-senior level role. This position will be based on-site at a customer office, reporting directly to a Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Application Development, Enhancement, and Support of technical components in 3rd party applications\
  • Enhancements to application components where appropriate\
  • Respond to alerts raised by application monitoring, investigate and resolve\
  • Follow ITIL best practice for incident management\
  • Proactively check processes with a view to identifying issues before they affect deliverables\
  • Analysis of data-related issues to determine how best to resolve application integrity issues\
  • Application Support for all business applications and interfaces\
  • Technical assistance for business teams relating to general application queries affecting their functional areas.\
  • Involvement in project handovers to ensure a smooth transition to production support\
  • Ensure database performance, replication and data backups are operating efficiently\
