Senior Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to meet the complex needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance technical components in third-party applications to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly, utilizing ITIL best practices for incident management.
  • Proactively monitor system processes to prevent potential issues from impacting deliverables.
  • Analyze data-related problems to determine the most effective course of action to resolve application integrity issues.
  • Provide expert technical assistance to business teams regarding general application queries affecting their functional areas.
  • Ensure smooth project handovers to guarantee a seamless transition to production support.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in HTML, C# (MVC pattern, secure Web API, deployment, and packaging).
  • Knowledge of JSON and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Microsoft SQL server 2017 or later version: TSQL, stored procedures/views, database schema knowledge, indexing, and performance optimization.
  • .NET Core 3.1 or later version (latest is .NET 8.x).
  • Version control and Internet Information Services (IIS) experience.
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory, and a current or reinstatable AGSVA NV1 Security clearance, NV2 is preferred.
