Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Well Driller to operate and supervise drill rigs at maximum efficiency, while maintaining safety, environmental and heritage standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate drill rig and support equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and company procedures.
  • Drill and construct water bores as per scope of work.
  • Identify consumables and supplies for ordering to ensure continuous operation.
  • Adhere to company values and principles.
  • Comply with safety protocols daily.
  • Meet operational targets.
  • Maintain assets to operational capacity.
  • Pursue process efficiency improvements.
  • Supervise drill crews effectively.
Required Qualifications And Experience
  • Valid MC Driver's Licence.
  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid qualification.
  • Schedule 26 Statutory supervisor certification (desirable).
  • RIIVEH305F Operate Four-Wheel Drive Vehicle competency.
  • Work Safe WA High Risk work Licence - FL, DG, CN.
  • Extensive Foremost DR24HD experience or similar.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Class 1 or 2 Waterwell Driller's Licence – RA or RM endorsement.
  • Certificate III and IV in Drilling Operations.
  • Knowledge of Mine Safety & Inspection and OHS Act/Regs.
  • Time management skills.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Leadership ability.
