Overview
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Water Well Drillers to join our client's operations in Western Australia.
This FIFO opportunity from Perth on a 2:1 roster offers competitive hourly rates, production bonuses, and permanent, long-term employment.
All meals and accommodation are provided.
Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
Operate water well drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and complete safety documentation.
Lead a drill crew and provide on-the-job training for Driller Assistants.
Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel.
Participate in rotating shifts and contribute to production targets.
Qualifications
Valid HR or HR-B class Driver's Licence.
Current Water Well Licence.
National Police Clearance.
Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical (including D&A testing).
First Aid & CPR certification – preferred.
Certificate III in Drilling – desirable.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety.
