Base pay range

A$240,000.00/yr - A$280,000.00/yr

Overview

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Water Well Drillers to join our client's operations in Western Australia. This FIFO opportunity from Perth on a 2:1 roster offers competitive hourly rates, production bonuses, and permanent, long-term employment. All meals and accommodation are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Operate water well drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and complete safety documentation.
  • Lead a drill crew and provide on-the-job training for Driller Assistants.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel.
  • Participate in rotating shifts and contribute to production targets.
Qualifications
  • Valid HR or HR-B class Driver's Licence.
  • Current Water Well Licence.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical (including D&A testing).
  • First Aid & CPR certification – preferred.
  • Certificate III in Drilling – desirable.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety.
