Key responsibilities of a Water Well Driller include operating drilling equipment safely and efficiently, performing daily inspections and routine maintenance, leading a drill crew and providing on-the-job training for assistants, ensuring adherence to all safety and operational procedures, communicating effectively with supervisors and site personnel, and participating in rotating shifts.

Qualifications
  • A valid HR or HR-B class driver's license is required. A current Water Well License is also necessary.
  • National Police Clearance is mandatory.
  • The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol testing, is essential.
  • First Aid and CPR certification are highly desirable.
  • A Certificate III in Drilling is an advantage.

This is a FIFO opportunity based in Perth offering competitive hourly rates, production bonuses, and long-term employment. Meals and accommodation are provided.
