Water Well Drillers Wanted

Key Responsibilities
- Operate drilling equipment to drill water wells safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance and ensure all safety documentation is up-to-date.
- Lead a drill crew, provide on-the-job training for Driller Assistants and mentor them to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, environmental regulations and operational protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel.
- Contribute to rotating shifts and contribute to production targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- Current Water Well Licence.
- National Police Clearance.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical including D&A testing.
- First Aid & CPR certification - preferred.
- Certificate III in Drilling – desirable.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety.
