About the Role

The successful Business Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy for our Plastics Sales division. This strategic role reports into the Branch Sales Manager and will focus on new and established business relationships, as well as managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth.
  • Manage and maintain close relationships with senior management, suppliers, manufacturers, logistics services, and customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B experience, preferably within the plastics industry.
  • Proven track record of successful new business development in the plastics and packaging industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship development skills.
  • Computer literate and able to manage multiple priorities.
