Deliver Purpose-Driven Psychological Interventions

This role presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals as a Psychologist with our Central Coast program.

We seek someone who excels at purpose-driven work and can deliver high-quality psychological interventions in collaboration with valued partners.

As part of this team, you will contribute to an innovative pilot clinical and vocational readiness program aimed at supporting individuals with lived experience of the justice system.

You will be delivering individual and group-based interventions within a structured 12-session model, focusing on mental health, identity, and sustainable change.

Working within a supportive clinical framework, you will provide client-centred care across both 6- and 12-session models, with a maximum of 5 clients per day.

This position requires a passionate and experienced Psychologist who can effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, agencies, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess high-level knowledge and experience conducting holistic assessments and completing clinical formulations.

They should also have substantial knowledge of evidence-based trauma-informed person-centred interventions.

Experience working with employment service providers or in vocational contexts is highly regarded, as well as experience working with individuals with a lived experience of the justice system.

Group facilitation experience, including psychoeducational or therapeutic groups, is also desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at various sites in North East Sydney.

They will also need to promote programs, engage with stakeholders, and build relationships with community groups.
