Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Casual Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

About the Role

This part-time position involves providing support and assistance to clients in their daily lives. You will be responsible for helping with personal care, shopping, and accessing community facilities. You will also assist with meal preparation and domestic tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to clients with daily living tasks
  • Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Help clients with shopping and accessing community facilities
  • Assist with meal preparation and domestic tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate 3 in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • A current Federal Police Check
  • A Working with Children Check (NSW) or Blue and Yellow cards (QLD)
  • 2 work-related referees
