About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Frontline Retail SA. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies across both traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to enhance the company's brand presence and market reach.
  • Manage social media accounts and content calendars to ensure consistent engagement and brand consistency.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, emails, and advertisements to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams on marketing campaigns to drive consumer engagement and sales.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide insights for future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2C environment.
  • Proficiency in both traditional marketing and digital marketing techniques, including social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
