Marketing Coordinator

UMENCO is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Sydney. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multifaceted marketing campaigns for product launches and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and update the Marketing Calendar to encompass all planned weekly media launches.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Social Media Coordinator, and Ecommerce teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Craft engaging content for the website, social media platforms, and blogs.
  • Stay ahead of trends to guide marketing strategies.
  • Develop and optimize email and SMS campaigns for both the Australian and US markets.
  • Manage the strategy and execution of campaigns through Klaviyo.
  • Ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
  • Coordinate with the Ecommerce, social media, and marketing teams to maintain a unified approach.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage the creative approval process and oversee the affiliate platform for strategic placements.
  • Handle casting, manage production documents, and scout new talent for shoots and event activations.
