About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA). As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with the coordination and implementation of various projects, events, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination and implementation of the Audi Experience loyalty program, events, and partner offers
  • Support the coordination and implementation of the national Audi driving experience program
  • Work with the wider Audi team to support product launch activity
  • Coordinate internal meetings, such as Dealer conferences and award ceremonies
  • Support and coordinate the Ambassador program, including vehicle requirements, event logistics, and deliverable requirement reporting
  • Assist with the coordination of the Customer Marketing & Corporate Communications fleet program, including vehicle management, changeovers, reporting, and vehicle orders
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing administration, events support, and/or marketing communications
  • Ability to develop content with creative communication skills
  • Highly developed skills in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage fast-paced situations and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, including negotiation and stakeholder management skills
